Safety
We take great care to provide a safe environment for War Gamers at Fort Jordan and all of us are partners in safety. Safety should always be foremost in your mind when using paintball guns. Paintball guns are not toys and it will sting when you get hit by a paintball. As long as all of us use common sense and act like mature adults we should be fine.
Rules
Some of the Fort Jordan rules include:
- Stay within the clearly marked playing fields during games.
- All games will have referees.
- All War Gamers will follow the referees' instructions.
- All War Gamers will not remove their mask until all guns have barrel plugs in and have safeties on.
- No shots will be fired near the campsite or non-players.
- Each session will start with a safety lecture to educate new players on the rules.
Warning
Paintball guns can fire paintballs in excess of 200 mph (300 feet / 1 second * 60 seconds / 1 minute * 60 minutes / 1 hour * 1 mile / 5280 feet = 204.54 miles per hour). If you were to get hit in a vital spot and were not wearing any protective gear, you could get hurt. If you do happen to get hurt at Fort Jordan, you agree to hold my family, my heirs, my estate, my dogs, and myself harmless for any injuries you sustain. The waiver is available for your perusal.
